get rid of annoying little window...

that pops up every time I come to this site asking for e-mail address. I've already given you my e-mail address lots of times, yet I never recall getting any SSB mailings.

Every time I delete cookies, I automatically get this window coming up again. If you're not using the information, just get rid of it.
