I work at home. This is the only computer I use to accesss SSB, and that's been the case since I bought it back in April.

I didn't get through to you at all, did I? The problem was intermittent, although when I posted about it Sunday afternoon I had no way of knowing that it would later clear up by itself.

It only happens here! Please print this and tape it to the wall:

1) IT ONLY HAPPENS HERE.

2) IT DOESN'T HAPPEN ALL THE TIME.

3) IT DIDN'T USE TO HAPPEN AT ALL WITH OUR OLD SOFTWARE, EITHER.

4) WE DIDN'T HAVE THIS MANY PROBLEMS WITH THE OLD SOFTWARE.

5) THIS PARTICULAR "FRAME" PROBLEM BEGAN SOON AFTER WE SWITCHED TO NEW SOFTWARE. RUSTY DIDN'T CHANGE ANYTHING; WE DID.

6) RUSTY HAS NEVER WRITTEN TO ANY OTHER WEB-SITE ABOUT PROBLEMS HE'S HAVING WITH THEM.

7) RUSTY DOESN'T WRITE TO OTHER WEBSITES WITH PROBLEMS BECAUSE HE DOESN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS AT OTHER WEBSITES.

8) RUSTY DIDN'T HAVE PROBLEMS HERE, EITHER, BEFORE WE SWITCHED TO OUR NEW SOFTWARE.

9) OBVIOUSLY, WE HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO CONCLUSIVELY SOLVE THE "FRAME" PROBLEM WHICH CAME WITH OUR NEW SOFTWARE. IF WE HAD SOLVED IT, PEOPLE WOULD NOT STILL BE COMPLAINING ABOUT IT.

10) OBVIOUSLY, WE HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO CONCLUSIVELY SOLVE THE "COOKIE" PROBLEM WHICH CAME WITH OUR NEW SOFTWARE. IF WE HAD SOLVED THE PROBLEM, PEOPLE WOULD NOT STILL BE COMPLAINING ABOUT IT.
