Does anyone else experience Rusty Starfish's problem?

Rusty: Do you experience this problem when you access SSB from any other computer?

I have accessed SSB from at least a dozen computers from homes of family and friends, and have not experienced the problems Rusty is having. Hopefully we will be able to locate another computer that experiences the problem, and then will be able to figure out what is common between those computers.
