I just go back using the back button...

then go forward from there. For example go to NCAA hoops from the general forum and I then have to hit the back button to go back to the general forum then click on NFL forum, etc.

Not a very fun process and when it does happen it is frustrating and I just want to come back when it is working ok instead of going clicking crazy in order to get from forum to forum.
