Suggestion Box

I'm still having problems, any suggestions?

I cleared out my cookies, and went back to every page I read, and re-entered my preferences, but when I go back my preferences are often forgotten. (This isn't always the case, though, sometimes they're still remembered, and I haven't figure out why there's a discrepancy.) Is there something else I need to do other than clearing the cookies?
