We have made a discovery

Stanford and I have realized why the cookies disappear. Reading posts in certain forums deletes SSB cookie entries. Only a few forums seem to do this.

Now things are making sense. Only certain people are experiencing this issue because not everyone reads posts on the boards that are affected. The problem is indeed on our end, without a doubt.

We will keep you posted.
