Are you running anti-popup or similar software?

The BoDog banners are served from doubleclick.net, a company that serves millions of advertizements a day. Your browser, or underlying system (something called a "hosts"), is blocking access to the doubleclick servers. The Pinnacle ads aren't being served from doubleclick, so they are displayed on the webpage. This is why only half of the banners aren't being diplayed. Our banner add rotating software does indeed show BoDog banners half the time, like you have ascertained.

As far as the issue pertaining to remembering members' information from forum to forum... I'm completely stumped. I've monitored the WebBBS software forums for any other administratiors experiencing these problems. I've written small programs to show me how cookies are used from forum to forum. I do not think it is related to what OS and browser is used, nor is it related to the banner ads.

What banner blocking software do you run, if any?
