Your screen is probably set to a very small resolution, or Windows is placing the window in a way to where you can't move it around because you can't get to the window's title bar (the blue bar).

Try clicking at the bottom of your screen:

(You can click on that image)

Try clicking on "restore" or "maximize". You can also try "move" if it's an option. You should also be able to click on the bottom right corner of the window and resize the window.
