DOX,know much about spreadbetting

At www.sportsspread.com blackburns supremacy over Ev is .3 to .5.
I am going towards selling at .3
no.1 because of the 4 main UK spead firms, 3 have blackburns sell at .1 i think spraedex has it at .2.
no. 2 Also the 4 UKs spread 3/10th's of a goal on supremacy and total goals,sportspread have the spread at 2/10th's. Less commission
So i think the sell index is too high,i just want to know how to convert a teams chance of winning to the corresponding supremacy index.
I have a Kevin Pullein article which converts % win chances to fair Asian handicaps.But i know need a one for the supremacy.
