Both on Boro. +.5 -140 in Pinbet. -.5 +255 at Expekt.
You all know I don't like the Villains this year. You also know I do rate Boro this year (although I don't fancy them AT ALL). Ex Sunlun boys Gavin McGann and Tomas Sorensen played their hearts out against the Toon. Sorensen was really good and saved a penalty. McGann was redcarded. They still were outplayed BIGTIME in StJames. Now they get home to play a team far better than them that just won one.
3 bad things though: 1) Villa fans will be less demoralised than usual this year, as Birmingham Blues fell at home to the Addicks on Monday night. 2) Boro's away results are impressive:It is impressive how bad they do. Well, there is a reason for them. The Beasts don't travel away, at least not in their masses. Smogmonsters find it tough to flourish away of the Kingdom of Smog. The most characteristic thing about that is that they can't take their full allocation even at St James Park for a match that only themselves regard as a 'local' derby! Seriously now there is a reason for them not to travel: They want to be home in time to watch their favourite team (Man U) on telly. 3) Beating these Wolves only 2-0 is a bad sign.

The 3 reasons above make me feel less thrilled about these 2 bets. However, Boro has much more talent and this is not a bad spot for them to start pulling away from a worse team. Both teams have good defenses, but I feel Boro has the much better one. Both teams are bad offensively, but I think Villa have no edge there either. Villa needs the win more and this could play into Boro's hands if they don't concede too early. Bottomline: You just can't give about the same odds for bad Villa to beat -also bad I give you, although i think they are not- Boro as you do for -good offensively and especially at Fratton Park- Portsmouth to beat -this sorry,awful defensively- Leeds UTD. It makes no sense.
