I spoke with a knowledgable, intelligent guy who mentioned he likes to make some 4 team parlay bets at 10-1. Also, in the sports book "How I made 200k betting sports", the "expert" author talked about how he often bet winning 10-1 4 team parlays.

It can be extremely difficult identifying true experts in this business. What I've found is that one of the best ways to sort the wheat from the frosted flakes is to get information about the exact bets many experts disclose. Often times, this very disclosure is a great disqualifying event. For example, seeing a guy likes 10-1 4 team football parlays, is the ice skating equivalent of seeing a skater crash during their performance twice into the boards with sufficient speed to wind up in the stands. I don't need a videotape of their entire routine to conclude that this guy is not going to walk away with the Gold Medal.
