Fair versus Expected

First, I want to thank the Pro. This horse stuff is kinda interesting, and I think I have learned a few things from your posts. I appreciate it.

Now, I also appreciate very much your "fair odds", especially those of 9-1 on War Emblem, as that is certainly applicable to my Triple Crown wagers.

But what do you think (guess) that War Emblem will wind up paying in the parimutel odds after all the bets are in? Is it correct to assume that you do not think it will be anywhere close to 9-1? I would guess that it would be much lower, and thus there's no arb for me (against the Triple Crown wager), and I'd just have to sweat it (which I am fine with, but if I can arb out at fair value, I'm always happy to). THanks
