I can send you (and anyone else) a program that answers your first 2 questions. Feel free to email me if you would like it. I don't have any source that would help with your Question #3.
I can't help you much on the other 2 questions except to say that the variation in play of all those imperfect humans we play makes a possible program like this far from unique. I think this quality is a big part of what makes poker so attractive. This is true even in a "non-bluffing" game such as chess: many would say that there is a unique tree that exists of all possible games where there are specific right and wrong choices for moves (this is a philosophy championed by the former World Champion Siegbert Tarrasch). Others would say that you must play according to the weaknesses of your opponent and that there are different "right and wrong" moves accordingly (a view that another champion Wilhelm Steinitz advocated). Personally, I would love to be able to master the latter.
In poker, I'm sure there does exists one unique optimal strategy that would maximize profits *if your opponent uses that same strategy*. But in reality, the variation in skill levels/styles of the opponents one will face in their career makes pursing such a strategy a futile effort IMO.
