This is a story I heard when I played in the Bay area several years ago, so I can't vouch firsthand:

Person relating the story was Asian, apparently Korean, but the two other Korean players in the hand for some reason thought he was Chinese.

Two players are blatantly violating "English-only" rule, talking about the play in Korean at the table, and on this hand one tells his friend to keep raising because he has the nut flush.

So hero gets whipsawed by raises back and forth to jack up the pot for the flush, all while he is holding a full house.

Collusion won't help you if you're an idiot.
