Here's Your Collusion

Not looking for comments on the play of this hand. I know many will say I was crazy to cap on the turn. All I'll say is I've made a lot more money than I've lost making similar plays in the low limit games ($5 and $10 and under) at Paradise. I just found it ironic that we've had this long thread about collusion, and last night I was accused of colluding. With this kind of "evidence", it is hard to argue with the conspiracy theorists.
Last night, $2/$4 at Paradise. I'm in the middle of the table with pocket rockets. I raise. Weak player on my left raises, may have been a call that later folds, new player on the button caps, small blind calls, big blind calls. There were some intial callers in there, but they fold to the raises. The raisers and both blinds call, and we see the flop five handed with four bets.
Flop comes Q rag rag, no flush draw. Small blind opens, big blind folds, I raise, player on my left reraises, button caps and small blind calls. All call, and we see the turn four handed.
Turn is a J. Small blind opens, I raise, player on my left reraises, button calls, small blind calls, I cap, all call.
Turn is a K. Small blind checks, I check, player on my left bets, button folds, small blind calls, I fold.
Player on my left wins with a set of Kings. Small blind had Q J offsuit. Believe it or not, he had the guts (?) to show it.
Button and small blind begin barrage of collusion complaints. Small blind informs me he has already sent the e-mail in. Both said it was very suspicious that I would continue reraising and then fold on the river. I did something I never have done before -- discuss strategy. Couldn't help myself. My comments went along the lines of: it was clear to me that someone had to have pocket kings. As long as I thought I was in the lead, I raised. When someone has me beat, I fold. What's so suspicious about that? When told I must have known he had pocket kings, I replied, someone must have. Three players continue to reraise and call capped pots, what could they possibly have? Q J off? That at least ended the comments from the small blind.
I'm not saying collusion doesn't exist. I don't believe it exists anywhere near the level at which people believe it does. They look at hands like this and conclude that they are getting screwed. I look at hands like this and say, give me rockets and a $150 pot (it was actually a little higher, not too bad for a $2/$4 game), and I'll gladly take my chances.
