impossible for one not to be able to win? you mean that everyone can win? in that case virtually every hand

if you meant create a cause where it is impossible for 4 players to win well:

P1: 2S 7C
P2: 2C 7S
P3: 2H 7D
P4 3S 8H
P5: 2D 7H
P6: 3C, Any club greater 8
P7: 3H, Any heart greater than 9
P8: 3D, Ant diamond greater than 8

of course there are many, many other possibilities, but above works out to be a few thousand.

BTW: players 1,2,3, and 5 can not win outright, though they still could share the pot, if say a straight landed.

there are thousands of possibilities.
