"1) Are you a pro? Do you earn a living exclusively from poker?"
Absolutely- my main source of income.
"2) Why do you differentiate between tournament players and "live game players? Tournaments are played live or do you mean online tourneys?"
Forgive me. When i say "live"- i mean "cash games" as opposed to tournaments.
"3) What is a "cash game", as opposed to a tournament?"
A "cash game" is one in which the players are playing for actual money- as opposed to tournament chips. They can get up and leave whenever they want- and can rebuy- if they go broke.
"4) By "leaks" do you mean "tells" or a personal weakness, such as blowing money on wine, women and song?"
I mean blowing money on wine, women, and song. Or craps and roulette.
"5) Is there enough money in the game, for the tournament players not to be broke? Are the prize funds adequate or is there not enough money"
This would start a real hearty debate among those that care enough to argue. IMO- there are literally only a handful- perhaps no more than 10 players (and thats probably being generous) who could survive playing tournaments alone. Although- the estimate is a rough one- you get the idea.
