Are most professional poker players broke? If so, is there a good reason for this? I will watch the World Poker Tournament tonight on the Travel Channel and those guys don't look broke! Granted, only the Finals table is recorded for TV but it seems to me that these top players rake in a lot of money. I don't think they can do it playing weak tables as they are famous and recognizable and lesser poker players wouldn't tangle with them.
