Episode of Lucky tonight

Did anyone notice that the dealer has no blue underneath card and flashed the bottom card in the hand where lucky was "caught" cheating?

Also, how in other episodes how other players liberally flash hole cards?

Did the show rent an apartment off the strip to shoot some of the episodes? Lucky's place looks very familar to me. I think it was previously mentioned here, but just in case not, funny that lucky's room number is 13 and on top of that that he lives on the second floor.

anyone here play poker in indiana by chance?
