Advice on Party Poker Hand

This is from one of their 10 player tournament games.
I call from the last position, I am dealt JJ.
The button players are passive so I dont raise to prevent them from folding, ecspecially since i had been playing fairly tight.
The SB limps in and the BB checks.
The flop comes up K K Q
They both check. Now what do I do? If I was one of them and I had a K or Q the smart play is slowplay. We checked up until 5th street and then my bet folded both of them. Did I play this wrong? Should I have bet on Fourth Street and then if raised folded? Advice needed.
