Party Poker 6 handed 15-30 I am in the SB with 52o. UTG (loose aggressive) limps, fold, fold, to the button who limps. Now the SB here is $10, so I limp for $5 more. The BB, rather passive, limps as expected. 4 players see the flop:

Sounds like $55 in the pot and he limped with the possibility of a raise behind from the big blind.
(bear in mind he is in bad position and almost certainly has the worst hand before the flop)

I really don`t like the bet after the flop.
compare how many times he will not improve on the turn to not improve on the turn.
He needs a 5,3 or 2 on the turn to keep going against 2 other players.
the vast majority of the time he would fold (losing $20) if unimproved.
(against 2 players with a 2 he is either already behind or has high odds to get outdrawn)

The problem is this isnt a multiway pot and he will never win a monster pot compared to the money he is purtting into it.

I think you have to hit the flop pretty hard to carry on against 2 other players.
With 5-2 you will almost never hit top pair on the flop and so many other cards will outdraw you.

Obviously when the 2 pair hits this board I would say you were almost certainly ahead and should try and get as many bets in as you can.

Worth remembering when you play short handed that the worst hand you can have heads up is 3-2o not 7-2o.
