Thats basically what I said, against a good player you would bet out with the full house.
Don`t get too fancy as you are pretty certain he will call most of the time.

The ability to read players live helps if you are pretty certain that the player has a busted draw.
He is almost unlikely to call any kind of bet.
Give him a chance to bluff at the pot.
(great against maniac bluffers)

An interesting question that comes up is if you bet out and the player raises.
Would you re-raise?, if so how many raises would you go to to either see a better FH or quads?
Again it depends! :-)
