Probability of 4 of a kind in 7 card game = 0.001681

So estimate we see one once every 500 hands. If we play 200 hands in one hour, then we should see 1 of them in 3 hours.

Can someone who remembers their probabilities calculate the probability of this? I don't think there is any "foul play" here, I just think they are not using a good seed for their randomizer.
