I have a minor concern

At my main site, which I will not mention specifically (but it should be pretty easy to figure out from my prior posts), I've recently found the opposite of what MT expects: the site is TOO paranoid about on-line cheating, and often jumps to conclusions that are completely illogical and burdensome to the players involved. Not too long ago, a player I know who had AA24 in a 20-40 Omaha 8 full table at this site, and timed out and went all-in PRE-flop when the betting got back around to him.....he had one bet involved so far, since someone else had raised. So, he owed another 20 into a large pre-flop pot.....obviously, it doesn't take a brain surgeon to see that the last thing he'd want to do is time out here, and only have 20 invested in such a positive situation. Hell, he probably would have re-raised. For some reason, someone at the table reported this as all-in abuse....the site reviewed the hand, and decided that this WAS the case here. Comical. And when he told me that he responded to them about how ridiculous their reasoning was, he got no response from management. Granted I don't know his prior history of all-ins, but there is no way they could justify doing anything based on this particular hand. And, there are certain people (like Czech) who I simply just trust, based on a long history of prior play with them and my instincts about their character. This was one of those players.
In addition, I recently had a strange happening at one of my tables as well...was sitting alone at 10-20, and some guy sat down with $400 and did some strange things heads-up....basically handing me the entire amount quickly by folding most of hands no matter what he had. Granted, this was very strange and suspicious......BUT, I had been playing at this site and at their sportsbook for ages, and usually for stakes higher than those (especially in the sportsbook.) At this point in my relationship with that site, I would've thought they'd assume that there's no way I would have someone illictly hand me just 400 bucks...I mean, come on. Not the case...my account was disabled for days as they ramsacked through every ounce of my past play.....all for a few 10-20 hands that hurt no one, since we were playing heads-up.
While I'm glad that this site is trying so hard to prevent cheating, I am concerned that seem to be using such little common sense in detecting it. In a quick amount of time, two trustworthy players have been sent through the gauntlet for no reason....and if it happened to us, it might be happening to others as well. If the management is that unprofessional and unskilled at this detection, it's not a good sign for the players there.
