Your opinion comes from a very weak position

In Response To: not true, and it is not the risks, but the prob of getting caught that vary (MT aka Card Playa)

To correct 2 very wrong perceptions that you have,

1) The risk of getting caught is high (this depends of course on how diligent the site is that runs the game). The possibility of having your funds confiscated is a good deterrent, after all, $$ is the only reason one would cheat in the first place.

2) The management of an online poker site cares *very much* whether there is cheating going on at its website, much in the same way a B+M room does.

Seeing as how you've never played online, I doubt you have a very good idea of what actually happens in an online poker game. Theory is nice to speculate about, but it's what actually happens during the game that is relevant.
