I don't think it's malicious software

I have 2 reasons for thinking this, one, that I did this on an almost brand new computer (about one week old) and two, when I went to deal with Ace Club Casino, their customer service panel had exactly the same setup as Party Poker (and their service was just as bad!). Basically, I just don't believe the CS Rep that told me the Party Poker and Ace Point Casino aren't related.

I did notice there was no mention of PartyPoker at the time I was sending my money, unfortunately, there was a big Poker icon in the software that I thought would direct me to the poker later which only turned out to be Caribbean Stud Poker.

I actually don't think this is major cause for alarm either or that it implies PartyPoker is malicious or anything like that. At this point, I believe the most likely explanation is that they got their links mixed up on their site. I am happy to consider that I made an error somewhere along the line, but I just can't imagine that I mistakenly went to Ace Club casino's website by any other route than through Party Poker's website.

Anyways, I think I'll get my money back so I'm not that worried. I just wanted to warn others here in case the same thing happens to them.
