I'd like to take Hank Greenberg's bet

In a ESPN radio interview, he mentioned he wouldn't be surprised if War Emblem went off at 6-1....and another horse (don't remember the name) that didn't race in the Derby will be the fave in the Preakness ... probably at 2-1.
I don't think there is any way that War Emblem would have gone off in the Preakness at 6-1, even before the defection of Sunday Break (that had to be the "2-1" horse Greenberg was talking about). Without Sunday Break in the race, I'll be surprised if War Emblem goes off at more than 7-2. Hell, if he goes off at 5-1, I'll bet him myself. No one knows how good this horse is yet. He's an improving 3 yr old who is obviously very fast. He may have folded when tested on the lead 2-3 months ago, but at this age we don't really know where he's at.
I'm also not at all sure that Sunday Break would have been favored in the Preakness. Medaglia D' Oro will be getting a lot of action. He was my horse in the Derby (and The Pro's), and now that he performed reasonably well after a difficult trip in the Derby, he is everyone's horse. Picking up Jerry Bailey only adds to that.
