clarification please

I don't understand what this means....what do you mean by "great losses"? I just can't seem to fit it to make sense to me at all. Could you please elaborate what you mean by that term?

"In most cases they actually aren't that bad,because of fixed games and of political influence their people get......Try Italy's Serie B for example. "

I'm not sure I follow here either...are you saying there are fixed games in European Soccer? Or that there are not?

Thank you. I know next to nothing about soccer, but I'm interested in your opinions...and thus I just want to make sure I understand what your opinion is.
