Hello Michael; The rules can be found under "Site info and FAQ", top left.

It may seem nit-picky, but it adds a level-playing field, that's the aim anyhow.

Disagreements about W/A will never cease. It is never precisely defined. I know that's vaque. By the way , I do not represent this site.

It's an effort to ensure the line is at least somewhat available, I feel it adds integrity.

If you want just knock 5 cents off anyline, and that should make it cleary W/A, but it cheats your record, not your bankroll though. We all shop around for best lines, many aren't W/A.

Hope that helps, some. The whole situation is messy, but I don't propose a solution.
