But I can see why a general trend such as this would be treated just as well by betting the Salami vs. betting individual games.

I will pick and chose individual games in this spot. But given a good number on the Salami I would think that IF the general trend is valid THEN the salami actually might actually compound that trend.

Besides he doesn't have to post a pick for each individual game AND there might be MORE risk in betting more individual games in this trend rather than lumping them together in the salami.
