Any books allow moving hockey total?

In Response To: Bet365 will allow moving the hockey total! (Lucky Louise)

Does anyone know a book which has a moving hockey total? (as Lucky Louise said Bet365 had back in 2003 - they don't anymore).

Also, does anyone have any new ideas on the value of 1/2 points in NHL totals? ie. converting between over unders of say 5 and 5.5?
