You can decide for yourself what you want to do in the case of keeping records. My suggestion is to do what we did last year -- keep track of how your own picks do against widely-available lines, and report that W-L record when you make a new set of picks.

If you want someone else to monitor your picks, I suggest using Wagerline.com because of the combination of price (free) and the fact that your picks are graded at the spread that exists at the time you submit your picks. I will be using Wagerline to monitor my own personal picks, but only because I think it will be good publicity for SSB.

If you use a monitoring service and also keep track of your own picks, I suggest reporting the monitored W-L record as your official record.

There is nothing special about Wagerline odds. You don't need to grade your picks against Wagerline odds unless you want to. If you don't have Wagerline monitor your picks, you can ignore Wagerline.

We talked about building a SSB software capability for monitoring picks, but have not done so. We may never create that capability if it turns out that Wagerline is good enough.

I am going to track the picks of our hosts in an Excel file for the purpose of providing potential customers with feedback on host performance as the season progresses.
