Go to mrcfb.com, download the program, get the stats and the lines from 1983-2002 or whatever time period you choose. Learn to program in Excel with VB. Write equations. Do a search on essential regression for Excel, download it. Start programming. There is no off the shelf crap that is going to help you win. If you are not prepared to expend a few man months then do not do it.
