College vs. Pro On Paper

Found some interesting stats based on the spread. Last year, the vegas line was off by an average of 12.85 points per game in college and 10.5 points per game in the NFL. In 2001, in college the average differnce was 12.25 compared to the NFL at 10.28. In 2000, college was 12.37, NFL was 10.6.
This obviously isn't the best statistic to point out the accuracy of Vegas lines because individual runaway blowouts obviously skew it a great deal. The median would be interesting... At any rate, that stat helps argue that college is more beatable.
