but is it clear that the capper can tell the difference?

I know this has been argued a bit here....but I will ask it anyway....does the capper really know when he has a 57% game versus when he has a 53% game? (talking about vs WA lines, not when you get a free half point or anything like that).

and when does the capper tell you what he has? I know Fezzik weights his NFL plays (does any other host do that? I know SY doesn't for the most part)....how has he done when his plays are broken down? obviously the records by weights would be probably be too small of a subset to know for sure...but if i recall correctly, his big plays and his smaller weights don't have that big of a difference in record. which leads to the following question - if the capper thinks he knows his own weights, but his records doesn't show a difference...what should the bettor/follower do?
