In Response To: Dan Gordon's Autobigraphical History 1980-2000 (Fezzik)

I have no trouble giving Dan his 57%, for 5 years, or his "lifetime" it doesn't really matter.

Does this mean he can pick 57% now? NO!

Last year he played widely available lines (probably for the first time ever) had a rough start to the season, and possibly adjusting his bets thereafter.

I believe that Dan is one of the most truthful handicappers out there, and there is no reason to think that early week faves, last minute dogs and getting the hook off the three can bump you from 53% to 57%.

Proof positive to the power of picking without using widely available lines. Enough said.
