The Pre-Season games start in early August.
The Regular season games start on 9/4 Thursday (one game), and 9/7 Sunday for the other 15.

Middling means betting both teams in such a way that you have a small chance of winning both bets. For example if Team X plays Team Y, and you have X -1 and Y +3, then if X wins by exactly 2 you win both bets. It is possible to middle a game in any sport where a spread is used, such as the NBA, runlines in baseball. The mathematics of a good middle is a bit tougher and many people think of them differently. Good luck.
