Rhodes is quesionable.

He did a bad job as head coach of the Eagles. At 1st he looked good, getting them a wildcard berth and beating the Lions at home (have the Lions ever won a road playoff game?). He completely mishandled Randall Cunningham (as well as the rest of the handful of players he didn't cut from the previous year) and that was it. One reason the Eagles did make the playoffs that year was because they got Jon Gruden as their OC.

Rhodes then got the coaching job with the Packers, where he sucked and was fired after 1 year. Now he has done a shit job for 2 years as DC for the Broncos. Why the Seahawks hired him is a mystery.
