That's still a player edge

At 9:1, it costs $10 to buy a ticket that will be worth $100 if Houston wins the NL pennant. That brings the total cost of buying such tickets on every team in the NL to $94.44. That's a player edge of 5.9%, for an investment lasting about two months.
