Updated vig.

Just re-shopped NL futures and came up with -7% vig. AL vig down to just 4%. The greater vig in the AL is of course due to having not one but TWO public teams that are virtual locks to get into the postseason. I think the reductions from my previous numbers are because a couple of my books just re-calibrated by tossing out all the hopeless teams.
