3 days rest

It really doesn't matter if you are a power pitcher or a finese pitcher, 3 days rest will effect pitchers individually. There is one key in knowing how it will effect them. Some pitchers actually have more movement when they are tired, when they aren't 100%. Maddux probably won't gain anything extra, he already has it moving all over the place, but it shouldn't affect him because he doesn't burn himself out each start. The guys who get in trouble are the power pitchers who lose a few miles and gain zero movement, who throw a lot of pitches and need that extra day to recoup. A guy like Pedro gains movement, so he is able to beat teams with a less than normal fastball. Garcia seemed to have a little more movement in Game 4 of the Cleveland series, but it will be interesting to see how he feels coming back on 3 days rest twice in a row. I like the Yankees tonight(and in the series), they are throwing their ace as well.
