Oz one game, Mlicki another, order doesn't matter that much.

"Oswalt hasn't had a good start against a good team since July. "

This is a bit misleading. He's only got 2 starts against good teams since July 31. ATL and CHC. He pitched well against CHC and ATL roughed him up. All his other starts were against the likes of PIT/MIL/CIN...you can't blame him for not having enough good starts against good teams if he doesn't even face them.

"If he were really ready to pitch, we wouldn't see Mlicki in Game 2. "

I found this kinda interesting too that Mlicki goes Game 2. But seriously, the only starter and order that truly matters is Game 1. Because the Game 1 pitcher can pitch again in Game 5, whereas Game 2, 3 and 4 starters won't pitch in the first series again. And due to his injury, I would doubt HOU would even consider starting Oswalt in Game 2 just for the off chance they can use him in relief in Game 5...so therefore, I see the idea of using him in Game 4 rather than Game 2 as more of a "it doesn't matter which game, let's give him as much rest as possible".
