Question about NL Central/ Wild Card

I am not familiar with the rules in this situation, but I would appreciate if someone could tell me what happens in this situation:
Houston, San Francisco, and Arizona all finish with the same record, thereby putting SF and ARZ in a tie for the division, as well as SF,HOU,and AZ in a tie for the wild card.
This situation could also be possible, except replacing Houston with St. Louis. Obviously this could happen if Houston wins 3 games in St. Louis and wins the NL Central.
So my question is, how does this all work for playoff implications? Would ARZ play a tie-breaking game against SF for the division, then the loser of that game would play either Houston or St. Louis for the wild card? These rules could have some impact on the outcome of some Wild Card of NL West wagers, I am sure.
Any input is appreciated as always.
