Welcome to SharpSportsBetting.com

Welcome to SharpSportsBetting.com. Here are our plans for this web site.

We are hoping that the new book Sharp Sports Betting brings in enough visitors to have lively discussions on all the pages of this website. If any of the pages stay slow, they will be removed from the site.

We have lined up people who have proven their expertise at sports betting to host individual pages. These are people who spend a lot of time studying their sports, and who bet big on their own picks. We are compensating them to encourage them to share their best stuff here.

There is a membership charge for the hosted pages. That’s the main source of revenue for compensating the hosts. The charges will be for the rest of the season, and will be changed weekly as the season progresses. Generally rest-of-season prices will be adjusted downward as the season progresses, but the prices of some individual hosted pages might stay flat or might rise.

Guarantee

We intend for SharpSportsBetting.com to become known for integrity. Any statements we make about anyone associated with this site will be based on facts. For example, we won’t claim that any of our hosts pick 60 percent winners unless they do, and if they do they will have done it in front of an audience so that the record will be verifiable.

If you purchase something through this website and think you received less than you were led to expect, ask for a refund and you will get it promptly and with no hassle. That goes for memberships too. If you sign up for a hosted page and after a couple of days decide that you made an unwise purchase, just ask and you will get your money back.

Cancellations (if any) will be refunded on the basis of the actual amount paid, weeks of the sport paid for, and weeks of the sport remaining to be played.

For the NFL, the first paid weekend will be the first weekend of regular-season games (9 September). All playoff games will count as one week for purposes of cancellations, so each week of NFL regular-season NFL games represents 1/18 of the total season.

For college football, the first paid weekend will be the weekend of 1 September. All games played after 19 November (including all bowl games) will count as one week for purposes of cancellations. Thus each week of regular-season college football represents 1/13 of the total season.

Posting Picks

You are welcome to post your own picks on SharpSportsBetting.com. If you do so, please also post the outcomes of the picks after the games have been played, and also post your season-to-date record of posted picks in that sport. That goes for the hosts too. Post your season-to-date record when you post your picks, and then update your season-to-date record when you post the results of the picks.

If you are hoping to one day have your own hosted page on SharpSportsBetting.com, the way to do it is to build a track record of successful sports picks. Build a following. Develop a reputation such that people are willing to pay to read your posts. That’s what our current hosts have done, and is the reason we selected them to host pages on SharpSportsBetting.com. As each future sports season rolls around, we intend to assemble a group of strong handicappers to host pages on SharpSportsBetting.com.

Suggestions Welcome

We intend to modify SharpSportsBetting.com to fit the needs of its visitors. If there is some feature you want us to add, please tell us. If there is something you do not like about the site, please tell us. If you can suggest some way we can do something better, please tell us.

I think this site is going to be fun!
