2 Poisson functions calls isn't sufficient...

You need to make multiple Poisson function calls. I don't think I can explain it very well so I'll just suggest you re-read the example Stanford provides on pages 167-168. While you are re-reading those pages remember you can't do these calculations with just a couple function calls.
I'm not sure if there is an elegant way of doing this with excel... the programmer in me would certainly prefer that. However, I did come up with a brute force method that accomplishes the task.
