Possible Explanation of Dan Gordon's 57% Record Guessing

If you go over to Snyder's website and scroll down the left frame until you see a yellow horizontal line that says order Beat The Sportsbooks Now and then click it, you will get the book's cover. Scroll down and read the Foreword by Don Schlesinger. According to Don, Dan has had no employment in the last 20 years and made his money betting sports. According to this foreword he did not. He was employed by several people in the MEDIA business to write or consult about sports betting. Many of these media outlets are major. He may have achieved his 57& record by recommending one team and then betting the other. Due to his position as a writer for major media outlets he was in a position to influence the public's betting and when the line moved enough in his favor he bet. An ordinary bettor would not be able to duplicate this favorable line movement. If he was ethical and bet the same teams he advised in the media, then why is it that the blackjack (and I assume the other advantage players) have never heard of him until AFTER a decision was made to publish this book? Book publishing is also consistent with his prior behavior as a writer and "consultant." We don't know if he is a BETTOR. Someone said he lived in New York, a strange place for a sports bettor to live.
