Do lines always move this violently SUN mornings?

I am very new to Betting NFL games. I had planned on putting in a couple teasers today, following the advice from SSB. In the past hour, while I was trying to decide on my wagers, half the teams I had planned on using are now out of that "teasable" range on the place I use for teasers. Can this be expected every week?
