In Response To: Oops! No Internet broadcasts due to legal problems. (nt) (Frank Polo)

that the existing ASCAP/BMI royalty structure isn't enough for them and want additional royalties for radio stations simulcasting on the internet...even if it generates no additional income.

Many broadcast stations are re-thinking simulcasting on the internet and this may just vanish in the next few years unless some realistic (read inexpensive) royalty structure is arrived at.
