Amazon has not yet ordered the title

In Response To: Stanford, any idea what's going on with your book at Amazon? (Goats)

Publishers do not send books to distributors or bookstores until the books are ordered. We prefer that bookstores order through a distributor; most bookstores use Ingram. Either Amazon has not yet ordered books from Ingram, or Ingram has not yet ordered from us to fill its Amazon order.

We fill all orders quickly, including wholesale orders. We are not sitting on an Ingram order; there has been no Ingram order for Sharp Sports Betting, at least as of yesterday when David called them.

If you had ordered the book directly from us two weeks ago, you probabl would have read the whole thing by now. :-)
