The book is pretty good about honoring bets where they forgot to move the lines (I assume this line was posted in January). I imagine they were hoping to make their money on suckers betting +600 (-700 on a year-long bet is really like -2000 when opportunity cost is factored in), and then promptly forgot about it. I made a fairly small bet, well under a not especially large limit, so I doubt they're going to make a fuss.
